U.S. Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Green has dismissed Western allegations that Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to invade Europe as nonsense.
“The meaning of our stay there, in Ukraine, is ridiculous. We are paying the price for… a proxy war with Russia. And yet I have not seen Putin actually demonstrate any plans to invade Europe, ”Green was quoted as saying by the publication. The Independent, as they say.
She added that she does not believe all the lies that some say about Putin.
Earlier, Marjorie Taylor Green called on the authorities of her country to stop supporting Kyiv and called on Ukraine to seek peace.
